Role: Test Lead (Banking experience with Fiserv tools) Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Job description: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a Test Lead for corp serv. Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the corp serv. banking systems (web and mobile). This role requires in-depth knowledge of corp serv. banking processes and regulations in the US, as well as expertise in quality assurance, good domain understanding/business analysis, and project leadership. Responsibilities:

  • Experience in corp serv. banking domain, possessing comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends.
  • Experience working on End to End Product lifecycle in all corp serv. banking products
  • Good experience in automation of corp serv. banking test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help understand business and functional requirements, test scenarios, execution
  • Good experience in Framework development/enhancements
  • Good experience in complete CICD
  • Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements, identify defects, and track resolution.
  • Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of testing processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to QA, domain knowledge management, and business analysis within the corp serv. banking domain.

Required Skills/Qualification:

  • 10+ years of in-depth experience in Test automation of Banking domain either inbuilding a banking product or implementing banking application or providing banking domain-based IT services to Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Experience automation tool feasibility, Java, selenium
  • Experience in corp serv. banking systems Fiserv Corrillian, Temenos T24, Finastra or other systems
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Graduates/ Post Graduates in Engineering/ Finance/ Science / Business Administration
