ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join the Global Brand & Consumer Marketing team. This person will support the development and execution of Peloton’s integrated marketing campaigns, brand tentpole moments, and activations. They will report to the Senior Brand Manager of Integrated Marketing, and work directly with cross-functional teams like Consumer Insights, Creative, Growth Marketing, Media, PR, Product Marketing, and Content. This role will play a critical role delivering world-class campaigns that tell our unique brand stories at scale, as well as breakthrough tentpole brand moments that help us reach new audiences with a new message. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Peloton brand and have expertise in supporting the development of integrated marketing campaigns.


YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Support the execution of global integrated marketing efforts, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams and local marketing teams

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategy and creative briefs grounded in consumer, competitive, and brand insights

  • Socialize marketing campaign strategy with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across consumer segments

  • Collaborate with Creative teams as they translate your campaign strategy into advertising. Adopt and represent a consumer-first lens throughout the creative development process

  • Develop and manage timelines ensuring all campaign milestones are met

  • Grow subject matter expertise on Peloton’s brand and marketing strategy, target consumers and Members, as well as Peloton hardware, software, and content portfolios


YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale

  • Experience developing and driving integrated marketing plans, creative brief writing, and working cross-functionally to execute 

  • A track record of partnering with creatives (in house or external agency) to develop strategic, on-brand, and results-driven marketing

  • Project management skills to handle highly cross-functional projects, and multiple projects at once

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to balance an array of high-impact tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, your ability to influence and build relationships is critical

  • Growth mindset, low ego, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn

  • Experience working across a global organization is preferred

  • Experience working in a high-growth company is preferred




The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
