Base pay range
PrimeAI provides production machine learning at scale through AI/machine learning engines deployed seamlessly to companies via cloud microservices architecture. The focus is on driving top-line and bottom-line improvement through forecasting, prediction, and optimization, particularly in the private equity sector. The PE Playbook Software for AI/ML serves as a portfolio-wide interface for deploying machine learning engines into portfolio companies for specific use cases, aiming to replace nothing and augment everything.
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager at PrimeAI. The responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting performance management, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Policy Implementation, Performance Management skills
- Legal Compliance knowledge
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
