Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs

Vice President
- Corporate Treasury team provides corporate finance, risk and advisory services to senior management and internal business units. The team optimizes the Firm's funding, liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and unsecured creditors. The Recovery and Resolution Planning team oversees the Recovery and Resolution Planning processes on a day-to-day basis, including production and submission of the Firm’s and U.S. Banks Recovery and Resolution Plans. You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering the U.S. Banks (Insured Depository Institution – IDI) Recovery and Resolution Plans and associated capabilities. This role would require you to become an officer of the US Banks.

You Will
- Act as a subject matter expert to evaluate any impacts that changes to the U.S. Bank's (IDI) activities (e.g., new products) may have on their resiliency & resolvability
- Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements related to Bank (IDI) recovery and resolution planning
- Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Collaborate across multiple teams to maintain & enhance documentation, capabilities & processes, including strategic change initiatives and remediation efforts in response to regulatory feedback
- Serve as the interface between topical subject matter experts and internal governance bodies and external regulators
- Assist with program management, reporting and ad hoc governance or regulatory requests
- Maintain the team's risks and controls and associated documentation (e.g., policies & procedures)
- Create effective presentations for senior management forums & regulators
- Prior experience in financial services; Capital/Liquidity stress testing and/or recovery and resolution planning a plus (directly or via consulting/regulatory roles)
- A proactive nature with the determination to see tasks through from beginning to end
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with local and global teams
- Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment & Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
