What YOU will do:
- Maintain continuous customer contact at corporate and field levels to build strong relationships.
- Foster customer partnerships through input and suggestions for service improvement.
- Manage and coordinate smooth startup programs.
- Send regular reports to customers and handle proactive or generated work orders.
- Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys and communicate results to senior management.
- Identify work order objectives, expand services, and grow portfolio size with customers.
- Create and implement customer satisfaction benchmarking, auditing, and reporting.
- Provide technical support for customer specifications and proposals in collaboration with contracts and sales.
- Finalize contracts, compile site lists, and manage startup programs.
- Maintain customer contact information.
- Communicate customer objectives and compile work order data for proposals.
- Reconcile snow transactions and track accounts receivable.
- Use EQM software daily for site conditions, inspections, work orders, and inventories.
- Participate in meetings to review tasks, processes, and best practices improvements.
- Customer Service Experience
- Organization & Prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience preferred
- Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.
