Litigation Paralegal

Walner Law is excited to announce an opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to become a valuable member of our team. This position offers a hybrid work location, providing the perfect balance between flexibility and work-life harmony. Job Expectations: Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings, legal document preparation, and appellate briefs Prepare for trials by assisting with trial preparation, motion practice, and oral advocacy File court documents online with various courts, arrange for service of documents, docketing dates and keeping deadlines on court cases Handle deposition scheduling and preparation Provide litigation support for personal injury cases Manage case files and maintain organized documentation Coordinate with external vendors and experts for case-related needs Assist in client communication and updates on case progress Company Information: Walner Law is a reputable Chicago personal injury law firm dedicated to serving the people and families of Chicago.
