- Collaboration of social media management & content with Brand.
- Develop sale enablement materials, tools and training materials to support the sales team in value-selling-based methodologies for the entire product portfolio.
- Identify buyer pain points, define target customer segments and develop customer personas to inform product marketing strategies.
- Develop strategic playbooks across go-to-market including enablement, lifecycle marketing, cross-sell paths, and more.
- Aggregate and analyze customer feedback and conduct research to identify trends and product gaps, and develop actionable solutions like collateral and training to enable Sales to handle competitor objections.
- Partner with product management to support the vision for our roadmap through the eyes of the customer.
- Deliver revenue and improvements in conversion rates across core investment areas and new product launches.
Requirements:
- 6 + years of product marketing and/or growth marketing experience, including familiarity with key growth levers and channels (CRM, Incentives, Paid Media).
- Experience in retail tech, commerce cloud or modern ERP is a big plus.
- Experience in content, digital marketing, email, and an understanding of how these push the business forward with sales and product.
- Experience in managing SEO/SEM agencies is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and a track record for delivering clear and compelling customer-facing materials.
- Experience with Salesforce, along with other sales and marketing tools like marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
- Solid attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent, and highly collaborative.
- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
