Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to

join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with

specific knowledge of the futures market. You will be responsible for the product planning and

execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and

requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, marketing, and

support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define the product strategy and roadmap.

 Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.

 Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.

 Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal

resources.

 Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

 Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure product success.

 Monitor and report on product performance and user feedback.

 Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve

customer experience, and drive growth.

 Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.

 Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.

 Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Requirements:

 Proven work experience as a Product Manager or similar role.

 Strong knowledge of the futures market and trading.

 Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software

development and web technologies.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

 Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

 Excellent project management skills.

 BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in the financial services industry.

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

 Experience with data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

 Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
