Global Key Account Director
My client is a Series B global payments platform, offering a suite of solutions for leading eCommerce merchants. A LATAM-native firm, they have since expanded globally (across the US, APAC & Africa) and are now seeking a Key Account Director to join their growing team.
This role will be an individual contributor position, focusing solely on farming their largest global partner. You will be responsible for optimizing revenue through market expansion and new product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic marketplace partnership by driving YOY revenue growth through commercial strategy and execution
- Drive new product development and global market expansion
- Develop and maintain outstanding global relationship
- Monitor, analyze and create strategies to improve merchant performance and market penetration
- Cross-collaborate with internal team (across Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Finance & Legal) to maximize merchant satisfaction and reference ability
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in a commercial role (i.e. Sales, Business Development/Partnerships and/or Account Management)
- Experience with merchant/eCommerce/marketplace accounts
- Strong background selling Payments technology
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Autonomous and self-starter attitude
- Excellent planning, communication, presentation & time management skills
