This Logistics Leader would work closely with the Logistics Director to achieve company goals. This role should come with strong experience in working with third-party carriers, skilled in onboarding, rate negotiation, route planning, and problem-solving, while also leading a team of 5 direct reports. Additionally, this leader will have the opportunity to significantly influence the company's P&L statements directly impacting financial performance and shaping the company's economic success and sustainability.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing direct-to-consumer logistics and aligning vision with company goals.
• Building a strong team and managing key functions.
• Forging partnerships to drive transformations, boost conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Leading supply chain improvements and expansion efforts.
• Developing growth initiatives, optimizing processes, and finding cost-saving opportunities.
• Managing transportation, compliance, performance, and carrier relationships.
• Reducing shipping costs and enhancing service levels.
• Setting and reviewing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Overseeing vendor performance and adjusting plans to support growth.
• Managing the budget, capital investments, and logistics KPIs.
• Handling invoice management and ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Balancing innovation with execution and collaborating across teams.
• Aligning with Finance, IT, and Planning & Allocation.
• Leading multiple teams and attracting top talent.
• Ensuring clear leadership, accountability, and accurate reporting.
