About the Role:

As a Software Development Manager in Test/Quality Assurance Manager at Atlas Health, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our next wave of growth and innovation. You will inherit and manage the test strategy and the automation test suite for our 2nd generation infrastructure utilizing Golang, GraphQL, Kubernetes to build our Microservice Architecture taking our technology to the next level. We are a growth stage company, so the Software Development Manager in Test should be adaptive, proactive, and hands on writing automation test scripts as well as perform manual testing as and when needed.

What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the technical vision and strategy for quality and test efficiency.
• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and apply innovative test solutions for the software applications.
• Regularly review and refine quality engineering processes to keep pushing the boundary of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Follow the latest industry trends and tools and invent new test approaches or propose improvements to the existing systems to improve the software quality.
• Provide technical expertise in test infrastructure, automation framework, test strategy, and best testing practices.
• Develop and mentor the software quality team in embracing a culture of continuous improvement in test processes and collaborating with other functions and partners.
  
  

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in test writing automation test scripts in Cypress or any other automation platform.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Experience with enterprise-level testing systems.
• Demonstrated capability in system test architecture and software test design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with data science and infrastructure teams.
• Healthcare domain experience a massive plus.
