The Role

We are looking for an office manager and executive assistant to join our team in our NYC Offices supporting our local, and remote teams as well as working directly with our CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, energetic and hands on!

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all operational and logistical needs in the NYC Office and with remote employees
  • Provide direct support to the CEO such as calendar management, booking travel, coordinating events, expenses, and other items
  • Support People team with various initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Create and optimize internal company presentation materials, emails, and reports
  • Manage and support budget process for US/NYC People team
  • Liaise with facility management vendors to ensure smooth operations (cleaning, catering, security, ect)
  • Order, maintain and restock office and pantry supplies as needed
  • Manage swag inventory
  • Work with Israel administrative and employee experience person to ensure consistency across sites
  • Focal point to employee travel when required
  • Coordinate with IT to support new hire equipment set up and employee technical support
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Has a high level of ownership, accountability, and considers themselves exceptionally resourceful - has confidence in their decision making process without direction
  • Strong knowledge and experience with accommodating travel for personal and business trips
  • Maintains a positive, curious, and infectious personality at all times
  • Focused on being solution-oriented at all times and has bias toward action
  • Finds it easy to organize and work within multiple projects in a short amount of time

What You Will Need

  • 3-7 Years previous experience in an administrative or business related position as well as experience supporting executives
  • Ability to be on-site 5 days a week in NY office as needed, requirement is at least 3 days in person alongside other NYC employees on hybrid schedule
  • Experience in a dynamic fast paced environment - Startup experience preferred

What Is Nice To Have

  • Hebrew speaker with previous experience working with Israeli organizations
  • Previous experience in a startup environment

The target base salary for this role is between $75,000 and $110,000 per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience)
