Senior/Medical Director

EPM Scientific is partnered with an award-winning medical communications agency that is growing their medical team upon new business wins. They're a full-service company that has verticals like healthcare advertising, publications, medical affairs, and promotional medical education, as well as a wide book of business covering various therapeutic areas.

For Medical Directors, an ideal candidate will have:

• A PhD, PharmD, or MD
• A minimum of 5 years of direct medical communications agency experience
• Involvement in strategic initiatives (brand, medical, etc)
• Frequently been the lead for client calls
• Collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Mentorship experience of junior members (medical, editorial, creative, etc)

For Senior Medical Directors, an ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 7 years of direct medical communications agency experience in addition to the above
• Business development experience a plus with proven track record of winning pitches, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and more
• Launch experience also a huge plus
