Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience working in materials management, supply chain, manufacturing, or hardware development.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience across phases of a product development from prototype to mass production.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to travel internationally for work 20% of the time as needed.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience reporting to executive leaders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Own material and supply chain readiness for NPI builds from development to sustaining hand-off internally and with manufacturing partners.
• Act as the cross-functional liaison between engineering, operations and supply chain teams, managing communications throughout the organization.
• Manage program level sourcing strategy alignment, material budget, risk assessment/liability, and ensure risk mitigation through BOM risk analysis and alternate source qualification planning.
• Manage Supply Chain across key component suppliers and manage cross-functional programs to drive efficiencies.
• Own cross-functional programs to drive process improvements, operational excellence, and reporting standardization.
