Position Overview:

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s digital presence. Working closely with our Head of Social, you’ll drive growth and engagement across all channels. This dynamic role offers plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. If you’re passionate about beauty, social media, and making a difference, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging organic social content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
• Balance brand storytelling with commerce-driven content.
• Handle influencer marketing, from identifying potential partners to managing relationships and collecting user-generated content.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to shape our marketing strategies.
• Participate in developing social content strategies and assist in photoshoots.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in social media marketing.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about social media.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a creative spark.
• Experience with design and editing tools like Canva and Capcut.
• A love for beauty and hair care is a bonus!

• Remote
• Orange County, Greater Los Angeles preferred
