Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains inventory of technology assets; completes inventory reports; escalates inventory discrepancies.
- Ships and receives technology assets; issues inter-company credits through inventory system; performs
- Processing returns and excess equipment; ensures vendor credits are received; escalates credit issues.
- Disposes technology assets; tracks credits, rebates and refunds; updates financial information in inventory
- Researches resell vendors.
- Tests and configures computers and components.
- Resells used Company technology, including but not limited to, receiving payment and shipping product.
- Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to Asset procedures and
- Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in IT Procurement and/or IT Asset management.
- Proficient with Service Now and the Asset Management module
- Experience with Forklift, Pallet Jack, and Warehouse operations
- Efficient with Microsoft Office (Specifically Word and Excel)
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a high level of accurately, while presenting a
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Mustbeabletoliftupto50lbs
- Must be able to stand, bend, sit, move pallets and boxes for up to 8 hours a day.
- Experience with FedEx, UPS and Freight Vendor Shipping System
- Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes. In
Educational Requirements
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred Associates Degree,
- Additional college level supply chain or computer classes are beneficial.
- Ability to complete OSHA Forklift Certification within 30 days
Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work Hours
Normal scheduled shifts are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime (more than forty hours per week) may be necessary. Part-time employee schedules are determined by the Manager of the department and may be subject to change.
