One of our Series B portfolio companies is building the next generation of access management solutions. I'm seeking a hands-on engineering manager with a strong technical foundation to support their team's growth.
In this role, you will manage a team that works on the core product, which is critical to the business. You will work cross-functionally when many partners interact directly with customers, keeping your team closely aligned with customer sentiment and feedback.
Qualifications:
6-10 years overall experience with 1-4 years of management experience leading high-performing software development teams, preferably at a startup.
Have the ability to attract, inspire, challenge, mentor, grow, and retain top technical talent
Excellent product instincts with demonstrated ability to deliver meaningful (and measurable) impact for highly complex projects
Proven ability to lead from the front rally teams, and move them forward whenever they get stuck

Location: San Francisco in Office 3 to 4 days a week
Team Size: ~8 to 10 Reports
This role reports to the VP of Engineering.
