Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in the photography industry. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional service. Salary Range: $38.500 - $49.000 yearly

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers in selecting the right photography equipment and accessories based on their needs and budget.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers who encounter difficulties with their photography equipment.
• Maintaining knowledge of the latest photography products and technology trends to effectively educate and inform customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
