Required

Job Description:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) necessary for completion of project goals, coordinating tasks with others and providing progress reports

Strong customer service skills necessary for managing project tasks to be completed by others

Ability to complete individual tasks required for the project.

Self-motivated, detail oriented and capable of independent thinking.

Experience with common business software

• Microsoft Office, Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
  
  

Data collection and information reporting.

Familiar with PC hardware and operating system function and basic support

Familiar with computer networks

Comfortable working on an annual repeating project without variation of work.

Desired

Technical project management experience or project lead

Basic understanding of computer information systems and able to communicate with technical staff

Bachelors degree, and/or professional certifications

Critical thinking skills

With guidance from supervisor, participates as liaison between the information services team and facility staff on various IT initiatives. Coordinates activities associated with the management and completion of various information services projects. Frequent communicates with facility leadership, local IT, and corporate information services team members. Provides active participation in the entire project life cycle or selected components. Provides customer support, training, and technical services as assigned.
