As the Quality & Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our community-oriented culture. We specialize in custom electromechanical solutions for a variety of industries, including automotive, off-highway, motorsports, and fire protection. Our work touches on a wide range of solenoid applications, making each day diverse and engaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Assurance/Control, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality management, with a solid understanding of ISO standards.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring or managing teams.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, and sustainability-related compliance is preferred.
