Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international printing company whose main focus is on the inkjet space.

We are currently recruiting for a Vice President, Inkjet based out of Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and operations strategies to deliver company objectives
  • Uphold group standards and local legal requirements in all areas.
  • Managed P&L and set annual budget across BU
  • Seek opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new relationships
  • Lead sales, business development, engineering, production and field service teams
  • Embed best proactive and robust business process throughout organisation
  • Maintain project timescales to ensure orders are delivered on time and to agreed margins and quality

Requirements

  • 15+ years leadership experience in industrial manufacturing
  • 7+ years experience in the printing or inkjet market
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related is desirable
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Leadership experience in HSE – ideally OSHA 30 qualified
  • Strong decision making capabilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead people whilst delivering results.
