Industry: Service industries (Client is currently at $5M and looking to scale to $15M)

Overview: Our law firm client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director with expertise in direct response marketing to lead the team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads through strategic content marketing and optimizing conversion funnels. Experience in service industries or professional service industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute direct response marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Create compelling content, including free guides, to attract and convert prospects into leads.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Manage a team, including an event coordinator, to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of seminars and events.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5-10) in direct response marketing within service industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing marketing efforts for companies in the $5-$15 million revenue range.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
