Job Description

We are assembling a dream team. Only candidates who live in the Washington, D.C. area and who also have agency or company experience in marketing or PR will be considered. Previous work in renewable energy or clean technology companies is a decided advantage. The Director will develop new business opportunities, create strategies to help our prospects and clients grow their businesses, generate leads, and negotiate contracts. While primarily located at our office at Industrious on the border berween Capitol Hill and Navy Yard, this role allows for some work from home flexibility. Qualifications

• Must have marketing or PR experience at an agency or company
• Experience in the cleantech or renewable energy industries is a big plus
• New business development, lead generation, and business planning skills
• Contract negotiation and/or account management expertise
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or another relevant field
