The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience at a leading corporation or law firm
• Full admission to the U.S. Bar
• A strong background in Soft IP matters
• International experience (preferred, but not required)
• Expertise in Commercial Law
• Experience in commercial and contract negotiations
