Job Description

The role of the Quality Manager is to plan, organize, manage, and control the product assurance function to ensure safety, reliability, and quality standards. The Quality Manager ensures conformance to federal and state legislation/regulations by establishing and maintaining cost-effective quality systems, standards, and policies.

• Machine shops, circuit card assembly, electronic manufacturing
• Someone who has worked in that type of environment would be a huge plus.
• Familiar with terminology to type of processes and quality reports and standards.
• Welding standards and specifications.
• ISO 9001 BIGGEST ONES, familiar with IPC standards, normal hardware and practices within manufacturing.
• Performing internal audits and then some external supplier surveillance
