Executive Vice President of Claims Operations

Description

We are looking for an experienced executive leader to manage our claim operations. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and focuses on driving operational excellence in claims operations, including the management of adjusting and field claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring claim performance meets established service standards, while also maintaining employee and network satisfaction indicated by Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Additionally, managing costs within budget and fostering a culture of high accountability among claims teams will be key responsibilities.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation package ranging from \(250k to \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE)
• \(175k base salary with performance-based bonuses up to \)30k quarterly, uncapped
