Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field desired.
Roles And Responsibilities
Minimum three (3) years of experience performing quality assurance in the IT or telecommunications industry.
Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes for all IT and telecommunications tasks and deliverables.
Perform periodic inspections of tasks performed and report on nonconformances or noncompliance with contractor and Government policies and procedures.
Manage quality improvement activities including problem management, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
Create common business specific quality measurements and metrics and track improvement against these metrics.
Provide an independent assessment of the projects relative to defined standards and recommends methods to optimize organizational processes.
May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and review/analyze data and documentation.
Conduct and/or participates in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points.
