As part of our senior leadership team, you will report directly to the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Your role will involve leading a dedicated global security team, working closely with peer leaders, and driving the execution of key initiatives. We value collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement, and we are looking for a leader who shares these values. This role may require up to 15% travel within the USA and globally.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Lead and inspire a global team of cybersecurity professionals, guiding them to protect over 35,000 assets worldwide using cutting-edge security tools and processes.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations Technology (OT) leaders across multiple global environments to ensure comprehensive security capabilities.
• Develop and implement security strategies, roadmaps, and processes that enhance our cybersecurity readiness and resilience.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying and driving changes to improve security functions.
• Engage and coordinate with information security professionals across our Operating Companies, building strong communities and working groups.
• Manage key vendor relationships and oversee the performance of external vendors and managed service providers.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring the performance and budget goals are met while nurturing the growth and development of your team.
  
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 10+ years’ experience in cybersecurity through a career path that demonstrates increased responsibility and providing a greater positive impact to the cyber security posture of the enterprise.
• 10+ years’ experience leading security teams.
• 10+ years’ experience managing personnel and budgets.
• Experience leading a hybrid security operations team leveraging strategic partners to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Ability to receive and maintain a security clearance.
• Knowledge of NIST standards and associated security operations controls and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired but not required.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC certs preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $235,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
