Role - Enterprise - CDP Salesforce Test Lead 

Location - Remote (US) 

Responsibilities include:

• Define the Test plan for CDP Salesforce Implementation
• Set and measure progress of projects towards client goals, expected outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Document observations on project adherence to client quality expectations, goals, and KPIs in governance reports. Provide supporting recommendations on how to improve quality efforts.
• Tracks progress against plan, and manage issues and risks, communicating these effectively to the client as per the agreed process.
• Build, manage, and report on the Requirements Traceability Matrix across all testing phases within the chosen test repository tool.
• Outline the test scripting standards to be used across CDP/ESP testing phases
• Document the test scope, covering the requirements of the upcoming testing cycles.
• Deploy quality assets such as templates and accelerators to support project delivery and any governance report recommendations.

Must Haves:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP (Customer Data Platform) experience (both preferred, but would like to see people who have at least one, CDP more highly preferred)
• ETL and SQL skill set
• Test Management exp (must be able to drive processes)

Project is CDP/Salesforce implementation. 

• Ensure preparation activities are complete to enable successful entry to execution, covering:
• Test Data Scope Definition
• Execution Schedule
• Test Environment Readiness Report
• Manage & coordinate testing in alignment with test plan, covering:
• Entry Gate Management
• E2E Testing
• Defect Management
• Daily Reporting
• Regression Testing
• Work with key stakeholders to meet exit criteria and mitigate where required, covering:
• Manage User Acceptance Testing
• Test Phase Closure Report
• Test Metrics/Closure
• Exit Gate Management
• Project retrospective and post go live support, covering:
• Lessons Learnt
• Cutover Testing

• Post Deployment test support
