Director Clinical Operations

Director of Clinical Operations:

• Team of 80 US clinical employees
• Review performance across the division
• Streamline work force and restructure where required
• Built a strong structure that allows scalability
• Providing support, training and development
• Strong leadership
• Works well under pressure
• Aggressive goals to reach within the first 6 months
• Work on ensuring timesheet are filled out correctly to ensure billables are directed to the correct clients

What the candidate need to have/ additional information.

• They don't like candidates from large CRO so focus on mid-small size CRO's, if they worked at a large CRO historically this is OK but not current.
• They need to have Med Dev or Med Tech experience.
• They need to have proven experience in making structural changes to allow scalability
• They will be working closely with the Director Project Management
• They will still have client facing responsibility (usually only as an acceleration point)
