The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our client into its next phase of growth. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a dynamic company at the intersection of tech recruitment and management consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT outsourcing and financial management.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement business strategies and lead all operations and business activities
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, taxes, and investment plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Make decisions to advance the business and increase profits

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of proven success in managing an IT outsourcing company or a department within an IT outsourcing company
  • Strong experience in managing finances, including P&L management, taxes, and investment planning
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a high-performing environment
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and innovation

Interviewing process:

  • Level 1 - 60-min virtual Interview with COO (General fit)
  • Level 2 - Task assignment. 30-60-90 days presentation.
  • Level 3 - 60-min virtual Interview with the Founder (Presentation, Q&A)
  • Level 4 - Meeting with the Founder, COO, and Strategic Advisor (Cultural fit. Final)
  • Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews
  • Job offer: provided to the selected candidate
