What you will be doing:
- Oversee end-to-end performance: Growth enablement analyst is responsible for developing and implementing enablement initiatives to drive participation. Collects and reviews client data and determines with the CRD the success of their program.
- Coordinate with Client Relations leadership: They work closely with CR Team leaders to define growth and analytical support initiatives. Informs the CRD on client data so they can more effectively identify client needs, and how best to target company products to meet client need.
- Provide training and recommendations: for client business reviews to determine the story through data.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to determine ROI of outreach to determine future campaigns.
- Liaise with reporting team to strategically build and develop data stories. Identify trends and patterns to deliver insights for more informed decision making.
- Evaluate metrics and effectiveness of client growth initiatives.
- Support the retention and growth of clients. Helps Client Relations team identify product expansion opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2-4 years of experience supporting a sales team, developing reports and analyzing data Required
- Client Success/Sales: A proven track record of showing the ROI of programs.
- Mastery of sales enablement platforms, Salesforce and BH Reporting tools: Familiarity with these tools is crucial.
- Excel, SQL and any additional statistical software
- Analytical mindset: Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into outbound growth strategies
