Savage X Fenty is looking for an Associate Art Director

How do you fit in?

The Associate Art Director will be crucial in executing our e-commerce photoshoots. They will be the point person on set, directing both models and photographers. They will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to lead a creative team with confidence and precision.

This position will report to the Art Director, Photo & Video.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage various e-commerce photoshoots, providing direction on posing, styling, and retouching to ensure brand consistency.
• Work closely with the Art Director on developing Savage X Fenty’s creative content.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain the studio and book crew.
• Select, crop, and manage feedback for a high volume of on-model and flat-lay imagery.
• Collaborate with the asset management and post-production team to communicate retouching needs and manage delivery expectations.
• Build lighting setups and troubleshoot lighting, camera, and other technical issues.
  
  

What You Can Bring

• 5+ years of production experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting
• Degree in photography, film or relevant work experience
• Deep knowledge of Capture One
• Fluent in lighting (strobe and constant) and creative technology, including asset management practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines under pressure.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $89,500-$95,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
