Responsibilities

As a Permanent Partner Level Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Handling a wide variety of insurance defense cases from inception through trial.
• Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in all matters relating to insurance defense.
• Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
• Negotiating settlements in the best interest of our clients.
• Representing the firm and its clients in court, arbitration panels, mediations, and negotiations.
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and working collaboratively with them to understand their needs and objectives.
• Staying updated on current legislation and legal developments affecting the insurance industry.
• Contributing to the firm's growth and reputation through business development activities.
• Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of excellent client service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Partner Level Attorney position will have

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Proven experience in handling a variety of insurance defense cases.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present legal strategies to clients and other stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to contribute to the firm's growth and development.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
