This role will be hybrid and require in-office attendance 4 days per week, with remote Fridays.


The Marketing Strategy department seeks a great addition to our already amazing team. This role will report into the Sr. Marketing Director. They will collaborate with nearly every other group within the firm - creative, operations, product, web and paid media, while being a channel owner. They will be tackling complex marketing, media, and technology challenges in an effort to help our business grow. A successful candidate will be someone who can tell a story with data, see the larger picture to formulate testing hypotheses, be confident to take high pressure calculated risks, manage expectations, and be a leader to execute on action plans.


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Support growth and marketing performance of our priority litigations and support sister brands.

  • Build a marketing learning agenda, implementing and overseeing activation, reporting implications and insights to improve marketing efficacy and value to the business.

  • Support managing annual budgets and revenue forecasts; provide updates on incremental opportunities.

  • Understand overarching business objectives, strategy and operations, to adapt and define for local market intricacies and considerations.


You Possess: 



  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or digital media management

  • Collaborative team player who can rally multiple cross-functional stakeholders, influence decisions, and effectively communicate 

  • Proven ability to move from strategy to tactical execution - autonomously develop multiple strategic marketing initiatives at the same time and be able to implement them flawlessly

  • Proven ability to go from "insights to action" - work with data to build, execute, measure, and optimize impactful plans

  • High emotional intelligence - strong relationship management skills and executive presence

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail

  • Knowledge of and interest in brand and direct response marketing

Salary Range: $120,000 USD - $150,000 USD
