What You Will Do:

As a Bryant Park Consulting Sr. Account Manager, you will be a pivotal force in driving the transformation and success of BPC customers. Your role goes beyond maintaining relationships as you will actively partner with customers to help them achieve their strategic objectives to transform their business. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with C-Suite executives, become their trusted advisor and guide them on their digital journey. To that end, you will also coordinate with strategic partners to ensure seamless integration and optimization across processes and systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with executives and key stakeholders to gather feedback and build strong business relationships
  • Conduct business reviews and develop strategic plans to drive customer ROI, satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain a client roadmap to establish business priorities over the next rolling 18 months
  • Collaborate with key strategic partners - Oracle NetSuite, Celigo, Boomi & Zone - to manage and grow accounts
  • Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiating, and closing business, while leading the ongoing business relationship with clients
  • Qualify opportunities through demonstrated functional knowledge of key business processes in NetSuite
  • Engage with Solution Architecture team to demonstrate and propose effective solutions
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate with partners and/or professional services to resolve issues promptly
  • Track and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including events, case studies and webinars
  • Seek referrals from clients and partners to generate new business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates on Bryant Park Consulting initiatives and successes
  • Track pipeline and forecast reporting

Qualifications:

  • Have 5-7 years of quota-bearing sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in NetSuite solution architecture, demonstrating a strong NetSuite solution knowledge with the ability to sell value
  • Possess top-notch organizational skills with the ability to create structure and multi-task efficiently
  • Exhibit keen analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and develop strategies for customer growth
  • Show a demonstrated ability to interact with C-Suite and Senior Leadership, along with verbal and written communication proficiency

Additional preferred skills:

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP/ CRM cloud software
  • Knowledge of NetSuite's Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Field Services Management (FSM) modules
  • Experience with iPaaS, preferably Celigo and/ Boomi
  • Demonstrated experience in effective account mapping to expand and grow customer relationships

Salary Range: $120,000 / $170k OTE

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
