The Role:
Seeing an experienced Clinical Program Leader to join a growing team under the Head of Clin Ops. This role is remote but you must be based on the East Coast and be willing to travel to Boston bi-monthly.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs).
Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical operations strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
Monitor trial progress, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality data collection.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trial efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
3+ years managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in clinical trial management systems.
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
