Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager / Podcast Producer will oversee and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and manage all podcast production aspects. This role involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and engagement. Concurrently, the position requires producing high-quality podcast episodes by coordinating recording schedules, managing content development, and overseeing editing and post-production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and podcast production, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own content-related tasks surrounding product messaging and Poolwerx announcements.
• Content Management - Lead the creation, editing, and maintenance of all social media and email marketing channels.
• Own content calendars for marketing communications and content creation.
• Create an overall strategy for organic social media for franchise development.
• Collaborate with ownership to ensure Poolwerx objectives are met.
• Serve as content liaison between marketing, retail, and service.
• Podcast Production -
• Collaborate with hosts to develop concepts, themes, and episode topics.
• Schedule recording sessions, and coordinate availability with hosts and guests.
• Assist the recording and editing process for audio and video.
• Manage podcast publishing schedule and ensure consistency in release dates.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the digital marketing industry.
• Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns or projects.
