Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
5+ year in Block, Wall, or Paver fabrication experience. (Must have experience with Besser, Hess, Columbia, Tiger, Masa or other block/paver machines. )
Proven track record of leading teams in a self-directed environment
Strong communication and strategic planning skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; INFOR or Syteline experience a plus
