Quality Assurance Manager

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our baby care products meet or exceed our customers' expectations. You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality control systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

You Will:

• Evaluate our quality control processes and systems and help improve to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits of our manufacturing facilities, suppliers, distribution sites and third-party laboratories to ensure compliance with our quality standardsDevelop and maintain product specifications and standards for product and packaging across multiple product categories and suppliers, to ensure consistency and quality across all products and suppliers. Review certificates of analysis for product runs to ensure compliance with above mentioned standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure product quality requirements are met throughout the product development process.
• Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work with all elements of the supply chain (product development, manufacturing and distribution) to implement improvement plans.
• Partner with Customer Experience team and suppliers' QA departments to investigate, manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality. When issues arise, lead follow up with related parties to implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Support the development and implementation of quality control methodologies and procedures at our contracted lab.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA and EPA regulations.
  
  

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the consumer products industry, preferably in absorbent products (diapers, feminine care, adult incontinence) or skincare.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and processes, including statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with regulatory requirements for consumer products, including FDA and EPA regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The expected salary for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 depending on a number of factors including job, level, experience and skill set.
