Position Description As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs and pain points related to testing across programs. You will identify potential areas for enhancing testing effectiveness and conduct training sessions for testers on tools, processes, and best practices. You will design a test strategy that aligns with the agile development methodology and develop and maintain test plans, cases, and procedures. Additionally, you will document testing tools, processes, and methodologies used, facilitate knowledge sharing among testers, and maintain a central repository for testing artifacts. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and testing best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with test case creation, execution, and reporting
  • Familiarity with defect management tools and processes
  • Must live in the Continental US
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Depending on government agency, specific requirements may include residency, citizenship, Public Trust background checks, or security clearance


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at CMS or in the healthcare industry
