A prestigious fashion brand is looking for a strategic leader to join their team as Head of Retail. If you are passionate about streetwear style and luxury brands, this could be your ideal role!

As Head of Retail, you will oversee strategy and vision as well as monitor the performance of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.

The Role:

• Develop and implement the company’s retail strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s broader goals and objectives.
• Oversee the financial performance of the retail division.
• Assess potential markets and opportunities for expansion, and develop strategies for entering new markets or opening new stores.
• Implement best practices and operational efficiencies across all retail locations.
• Partner with merchandising teams to select and curate product assortments.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide vision and strategic direction for the retail division.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and a solid understanding of financial metrics and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to make well-informed and timely decisions to tackle retail challenges and seize opportunities.
• Ability to adjust to changing market conditions, evolving consumer preferences, and shifting business priorities.

Workplace Type: On-site 5x a week

Salary: $250,000
