Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable/Billing Manager is responsible for oversight of billing, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations at Boston Partners. This position will be replacing a long tenured manager and will be transitioning over a period with the manager’s training.


This position will work alongside the Controller to replace the legacy AR/Billing system to better handle Boston Partners’ growing client base and complexities. There is an opportunity to reorganize the group’s responsibilities to better tackle the broadening workload.


Major Responsibilities

Supervise monthly / quarterly billing cycle.

Monitoring and collection of aged accounts receivable.

Calculate Performance fees.

Work with various internal teams to assist with the formulation of fee structures.

Assist with all operational issues in regard to billing.



Requirements

  • Must be detail /control oriented.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to take ownership of processes/responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years’ experience in asset management or financial services accounting / operations.
  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to understand impact on financial statements.
  • Knowledge of Revport and Workday software is a plus.
