Position Overview

As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our HR function. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our company's goals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Leading a dedicated HR team, you'll oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance initiatives. You'll serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering professional growth and excellence.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Design and manage performance management systems to facilitate employee development.
  • Lead organizational development efforts, including change management and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Develop employee engagement strategies to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging.
  • Manage HR budget and resources effectively.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of general HR experience.
  • 3+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or government services.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; HR, Psychology, or Business preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR operations management and compliance.
