This job is with a small company and is a stand-alone Accounting and Finance person for this company.
Responsibilities
Owns all Accounting: General Ledger, Financial Statements, Reporting, AP, AR, Billing, Fixed Assets
Reconciliation of full chart of accounts and bank accounts
Inventory and light Cost Accounting
Budget for spending and track actuals compared to plan
Partner with Sales to forecast Revenue and Cashflow
Some Tax Reporting and various Compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience focused on full GL and Financial Statements
GAAP knowledge, CPA is nice but not required
Fluency in ERP Systems and MS Excel
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Compensation for this role is $80-100K plus a bonus
Full Healthcare benefits are paid 80% for the employee
