Executive Leadership

• Executive-level presence, the ability to influence senior leaders and high-priority customers
• Communicate regularly with executive leadership and show decisiveness when advising changes to the technology roadmap
• Build, lead, and motivate a cohesive SW/FW team
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective integration

Software-Firmware Development:

• Define and own the execution of the software and firmware development roadmap, aligning with company goals and objectives
• Ensure ongoing optimization of procedures and systems to drive product performance
• Establish and manage the necessary infrastructure and platforms to support initiatives

Strategy and Vision:

• Lead the exploration of new technologies, trends, and advancements to maintain a competitive edge
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with key customers and potential customers

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant software/firmware development
• Deep understanding of interconnectivity technologies such as PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing technical teams
• Expertise related to Hyperscale data center deployments
• Hands-on technical experience with the development of Linux/Windows kernels and drivers, systems, embedded FW development, BIOS
