Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and collect feedback to make data-driven decisions for product growth.
Analyze product metrics to enhance product delivery and ensure a high-quality feature set.
Drive the product roadmap, balancing stakeholder commitments with data-driven decisions.
Collaborate closely with the development team to uphold agile development best practices.
Engage with teams on other Hypetrain products as part of a collaborative group of product managers.
Facilitate effective communication throughout the development process, working with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Establish the pricing and licensing model for the product.
Job Requirements
4-5 years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or a similar role in software development projects.
Experience in the edTech domain.
Understanding of software engineering concepts.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
Proficient in speaking and writing Russian (minimum B1+).
Ability to conduct customer development activities, gather feedback, and define requirements.
Experience with project management and requirements preparation tools (e.g., Fibery, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools).
