Responsibilities will include devising prevention and detection programs as well as developing case management and resolution structures.
Additionally, you will explore and innovate methods of misconduct detection, review procedures and protocols to improve efficiencies, and proactively work on developing and deploying training and educational programs for internal staff, Editors, authors, and researchers.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- You have a strategic view of our industry, can anticipate the needs of the business as well as internal and external stakeholders to propose solutions and solve challenges.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and communicate them effectively.
- Have the ability to draft highly detailed-oriented policy documents. Experience with legal drafting and documentation is a plus.
- Can inspire and bring out the best in people. Actively sharing insights, lessons learned, and experiences with colleagues and team members.
- Are proficient in STM publishing, research integrity, and publication ethics.
- Bring extensive experience (5+ years) working in academic journal publishing, preferably in the STM disciplines.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in research integrity or publication ethics.
$90,000 - $100,000
Salary within the above posted range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience.
Must reside within NY, NJ, CT, MD, VA, PA, MA, RI or Washington, DC. This is a remote opportunity.
