We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Prepare and present reports on client performance and account status to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
