Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and account status to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
