Construction Lead Superintendent - Colorado Springs, CO

Locations: Front Range, Western Slope | Mountain Region Projects Available

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 base

Benefits: Annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits package

Current Openings: Experienced Senior and Lead Superintendents are needed to manage major construction projects across Colorado. Ideal candidates will oversee ground-up developments, design-build projects, and additions/expansions in multifamily, mixed-use, and affordable housing sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion.
• Lead and guide onsite crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and logistics.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel statewide, with a strong commitment to impactful projects.
• Minimum of 8 years in the construction industry, with at least 4 years of experience leading projects valued up to $30M.
• Must have started as a Project Engineer with a top general contractor.
